1. 1) PowerPoint presentation with a voice-over. See how the guidelines let you know  where you are in each persons foot.
   

2)  Videos on the 6 most commonly congested areas.

         I draw on the feet with a marker to identify important

         guidelines for you as well as giving you a visual

         demonstration of how to hold the feet, demonstrating

         how to work the thumb and fingers along the reflexes.

3)  Worksheet including illustrations of the foot with the

       reflexes drawn in for easy identification of the reflexes.

4)  A one-page article on Reflexology; What it is, What it

       does, and Who can benefit.
